Part-time Reservations Consultant
We are a family run business and a major contributor to the holiday cottage industry which is seeking new additions to its forward thinking and expanding team.
We are looking for part-time Reservations Consultants to join the team at our busy head office in Bideford.
The role is an essential part of our business and involves handling phone and increasingly online bookings
and enquiries. A friendly and efficient telephone manner is essential to deliver the best in customer service
and experience with computers, email as well as general office administration would be beneficial, however
full training is given.
The standard shifts cover weekdays Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.
We are looking for the right person who would be able to provide additional cover at various times across
these part-time hours.
