A fantastic team effort on the day
Despite the sun coming out just in time for the first incline on the Bideford 10k run yesterday all the team made it back before the trophies were awarded and thanks go to everyone for their kind donations and fantastic support.
Special mentions go to Debbie who agreed to keep Dave (with his injury) company at the back, Kim Scutchings for the top performance with a fantastic time of 46 minutes (and for beating Matt of course!) as well as Adam for scooping the fancy dress awards - whoever thought a Hot Dog could run?
But most importantly over £1200 in total has been raised for Doctor Buckland’s Holiday Children’s Foundation North Devon (charity number 1068350) which is a local charity that provides holidays of a lifetime for children with life threatening illnesses or severe disability and the Lymphoma Association (charity number 1045928).
