This quaint semi-detached cottage has a real "home away from home" feel, situated within a development of old miner's style cottages in the hamlet of Edmonton.
Developed around the well regarded local pub, which has built a good reputation for serving local produce and ales and offers free wi-fi will even deliver to your front door if you fancy a quiet night in. It is also just a short walk from the Cornwall County Show ground that hosts numerous events throughout the year, from the Royal County Show to horse racing and touring circus's from around the world. The extremely popular destination of Padstow is just a 10 minute drive from your door renowned for its selection of fish restaurants, a picturesque harbour and the celebrity chef Rick Stein, a must when venturing to this part of the world. Also just 6 miles from your door is the area known as 'Seven Bays for Seven Days', where you can literally have a different beach to enjoy each day.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both reached via cottage style stairs, 1 double with TV, Freeview, estuary and sea glimpses and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the ground floor with cosy woodburner, flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD, selection of books and board games. Kitchen area with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: the property is reached via a shared courtyard and to the rear is a shared enclosed garden with private seating and arbour. Amenities: off-road parking available in shared car park. Bed linen, towels, electric, first basket of logs (September - Christmas) and heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 well- behaved dog welcome.
