Situated close on the North Cornwall coast, 1 mile from the village of Kilkhampton with post office, shops and pubs. The area is famed for its magnificent beaches such as Sandymouth Bay, Duckpool, Bude, Widemouth Bay all known for surfing and coastal walks. Nearby, the Tamar Lakes are a haven for birds, wildlife, fishing and watersports. Golf 2.5 miles. Places to visit include The Eden Project, stately homes and gardens, many fishing villages including Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets. Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac are also a short drive away.
Split-level accommodation with exposed beams and offering ONE bedroom: double accessed via a few steps up from the living area. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Cupboard in the bathroom houses the washing machine. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with slate floor, TV, Freeview, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. Outside: french doors onto patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private enclosed parking area. Bed linen and electric included, central heating timed twice a day, heating surcharge from September to June, payable direct to the owner on arrival. Towels for hire. Strictly 1 small dog only by arrangement (no puppies). A security deposit of £40 applies to guests taking a dog and is payable directly to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday.
