This recently furnished and equipped converted barn is a wing of the owners’ main dwelling and is in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' on Cornwall's scenic North coast.  The property is situated in a small hamlet and is a short walk to the beach.  The village of St Merryn has shops, pubs and restaurants, and the area boasts 'seven bays for seven days’.  You will be a short drive to the picturesque town of Padstow with its harbour and interesting array of shops, pubs and restaurants.  Further afield are attractions to suit a variety of tastes including The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and several National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few.  There is a public footpath accessible from the hamlet and a short walk across farmland leads to the beach and coastal footpath from where there are spectacular views.  There are many local pubs serving food in the area.

The spacious accommodation offers ONE double bedroom. Shower room with WC. Large lounge/kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, TV and DVD player.  A garden and small patio area with seating.  Off-road parking adjacent to the property.  Bed linen, towels, electric and underfloor central heating included.  Regret no smoking or children over 12 months.  1 small/medium dog welcome, any larger by arrangement. Beach within walking distance, shop and pub1.5 miles.
