This comfortable and spacious cottage, formerly an old carpentry, is an ideal holiday retreat for couples or a small family. Situated only a few minutes drive from the North Cornish coast, yet having both coastal and moorland views from the unusual decked "lookout" at the top of the garden, an ideal spot to sit and relax at the end of a busy days exploring, with a pint or glass of wine! There is lots to see and do in the area which is famed for its beautiful walks and excellent sandy beaches, ideal for surfing or bathing. The Carpentry is well positioned for touring the area, with attractions such as Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and Bude with its beach, canal and large variety of shops, pubs and restaurants being nearby. The Eden Project is also within reach being approximately just over an hours drive away. All in all, The Carpentry offers peace and quiet, yet is close to all major facilities.

This homely accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with views to the sea, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a good quality Z-bed for an extra person. Lounge/diner: good size, with woodburner for visual effect only and TV/DVD. Sun lounge: separate room with views over the garden. Kitchen: with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. Separate downstairs WC. Outside: small garden with pretty patio area, seating and BBQ, wooden steps lead up to a small decked "lookout" overlooking surrounding countryside and distant sea views. Amenities: central heating provided if required at £4 per night. 1 dog by arrangement.
