Just a short drive away is the principal town of Bude, which boasts a range of shops, pubs and restaurants not to mention 3 golden sandy beaches and a wealth of other activities from tennis, bowls and a championship 18 hole lynx golf course. The North Cornish coast offers so many activities and must-see locations, from the picturesque harbour and restaurant of the world renowned chef Rick Stein at Padstow, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant near Newquay, to Tintagel that is steeped in King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table myths and legend.
This well-equipped studio-style annexe offers stylish spacious living accommodation with pull-down double bed and separate pull-down single. Within the living/ bedroom/kitchen area there is a breakfast table just off the kitchen, TV, DVD and SkyTV. The kitchen offers fridge/freezer, integrated electric oven and hob, and a combination oven/microwave. Two steps lead you to the conservatory-style lounge/diner that offers ample seating with flat screen TV, SkyTV, and ample dining space, all of which benefit from the breathtaking rolling countryside views. The bathroom is equipped with bath with shower over, WC, washing machine and separate dryer. Joint use of the pool, sauna, hot tub, BBQ, sun loungers and gym area is with the owners yet is unrestricted. Ample parking. Regret no pets or smoking within the property.
