Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Relax in the enclosed private suntrap patio area or stroll the local footpaths. Venture further afield and enjoy the sheltered coves and long sandy beaches on the North coast as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include Jamaica Inn, Launceston Steam Railway, Tamar Otter Park, fishing trips from Boscastle, Tintagel with its Arthurian legends, The Eden Project and more.
The accommodation has been refurbished and equipped to a good standard and offers ONE bedroom: double four-poster bed. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with electric fire, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Amenities: off-road parking available. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets and no smoking. Unsuitable for children. Additional info: £75 security deposit payable to the owner on arrival. Location: beach 9 miles, pub 3 miles and shop 5 miles.
