The Camel Trail which can either be walked or cycled (bikes with trailers can be hired) is within half a mile of the property. From here you can either cycle 5 miles towards the traditional fishing village of Padstow with its family restaurants and fine eateries, or cycle 5 miles in the opposite direction to find the award winning Camel Valley Vineyard. An indoor leisure centre, swimming pool and twin screen cinema are only a short walk. Surfers, sailors, body boarders, swimmers and sunbathers can all find their own idyllic spot along the breathtaking sandy, north coast beaches such as Rock, Polzeath, Daymer Bay and many more. Interested in fishing? By arrangement with the owner fishing boat trips, salmon and sea trout fishing or guided salt water fly fishing can be arranged (at extra cost). If that sounds too physical why not take a day out relax while exploring Wadebridge town with riverside walks and a variety of unique shops to suit all tastes and ages. Bodmin Moor and tors, The Eden Project, Tintagel Castle and Port Isaac, where TV's Doc Martin is filmed, are just some of the many activities you can enjoy.

Kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and seating for 6. Downstairs cupboard housing freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: patio area approached via 35 steps and offering views over the rooftops to the river and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car and additional parking 100 yards. Bed linen, towels, electric, heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets. Location: beach 5 miles, shops and award winning pub all within walking distance.
