This attached, old barn conversion is set within a complex of holiday cottages which were all converted a few years ago. Forge Cottage is decorated and furnished to a good standard and set within a tranquil setting, just minutes away from the wonderful Crackington Haven beach. The beach is an ideal spot for families with its gentle shelving beach and rock pools surrounded by its enclosed bay, the beach also offers 2 cafes and a beach shop. The barns surround a gravel courtyard, with a small grassed area in the middle, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a BBQ. Beyond the courtyard, there is a 2 acre grassed area with a pond, orchard and tarmac tennis court, which is shared with the other cottages. If you fancy a day out, then why not visit one of the many local attractions or take a trip into the traditional seaside town of Bude, which offers something for everyone. The fishing villages of Boscastle and Tintagel are also well worth a visit.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms, accessed via a step up from the living area: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room with WC. Open-plan living area with modern kitchen/diner offering a electric oven, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and dining table. There is also a freezer available in the cupboard in the hallway. The cosy lounge has a TV, DVD, Freeview and a real woodburner (please provide your own logs). Ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included.
