The Bude canal, which is a beautiful gentle walk to the centre of Bude itself, has a number of more challenging footpaths. For the more adventurous, Bodmin Moor, with its breathtaking rugged scenery and wealth of walks for novice and seasoned walker, is a great escape. Other family attractions nearby include the likes of The Milky Way, Newquay Zoo, Boscastle and historic Tintagel steeped in King Arthur myth and legend.

The shower room and WC is situated on the ground floor. The galley-style kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, an integrated electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining room is spacious and offers ample seating. The lounge area has ample comfy seating, nicely arranged round an electric mock woodburner with TV and DVD. Utility room has washer tumble dryer and can also store any wet or muddy shoes. A wet room with WC, heated towel rail and wall fitted fan heater is situated on the ground floor.
