Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. TRADITIONAL WORKING SHEEP FARM, SECLUDED IN LOVELY COUNTRYSIDE

This lovely home, on the edge of a traditional Cornish village, is approached via its own long private driveway and is surrounded by fields full of lambs and offers total peace and tranquillity. The property is furnished and equipped to a very nice standard and retains much of its original charm and character dating back centuries.

The village Inn at Week St Mary is a short stroll whilst some of the most popular surfing beaches in Cornwall are close by and sheltered coves are a short drive. The area is famed for its natural beauty and stunning coastline with dramatic walks along the North coast. There are also plenty of attractions to suit all tastes including Bude (with its canal and Splashpool), Launceston Steam Railway, Tintagel (steeped in its Arthurian Legends), The Big Sheep and The Milky Way to name but a few. Leisure facilities: enjoy the many attractions on site with some lovely circular walks taking you through fields and woodland with commanding views over the Iron Age Fort remains, and open countryside to the sea beyond. Relax in the enclosed lawn areas with seating and enjoy the animals in the adjacent fields. Farm activities: the owner, who lives on site (privacy assured), is keen to show guests the various farming activities he is involved in, including lambing, and can also provide a history tour of the site and surrounding area. Games barn: with pool table and air hockey.

The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 2 doubles both with single bed and 1 with TV, 2 twins and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: upstairs with WC and shower room with WC. Downstairs offers a shower room with WC. Lounge: with comfortable and original cinema seating with TV, DVD, Freeview and wall coverings displaying the unique history of the area. Dining room: wonderful slate floored with oak table, woodburner (first basket of logs free) and piano. Drawing room: with fireplace and piano. Kitchen/breakfast room: farmhouse-style with ornate oak panelling and shutters, slate flooring and worktops harking back to days gone by, yet with all modern appliances, Rayburn, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility area: with washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden area. Amenities: parking for 5 cars. Bed linen and electric included. Central heating extra. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach 4 miles, pub and shop walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
