Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

Finished to the highest of standards this recently converted barn is set upon this organic farm within its own private grounds in the heart of a quiet hamlet.

Perfectly situated on the North Cornish coast, just off the Devon/Cornwall border, the perfect spot to explore the stunning local area with easy access to the South West Coastal path and the magnificent cliff-top walks. North Cornwall is littered with a selection of golden sandy beaches and the finest hidden coves perfect for the family. The seaside town of Bude is a short drive and offers an 18 hole golf course, canal with rowing boats, ten pin bowling, tennis courts, pubs, restaurants and many gift shops to browse. The village of Kilkhampton is a short drive and offers two traditional inns, village stores and takeaways. Family attractions locally include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Crealy Adventure or the stunning all year round gardens at RHS Rosemoor and Docton Mill.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both located on the ground floor. Bathroom: upstairs with bath and WC, with a further shower room with WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner, flatscreen TV, DVD, Freeview and French doors leading out to patio.  Kitchen: with integrated oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Additional quiet snug area with seating upstairs and far reaching views across rolling countryside towards the sea beyond. Outside: fully enclosed with front garden and large patio area to the rear with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking within the property. Regret no travel cot but welcome to bring your own. Location: beach 3 miles, shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
