The beach is only a 15 minute walk away via the coastal footpath, from which there are some stunning views. The garden is a delightful feature of Hatteras. At the rear of this detached bungalow, there is a large level lawn, perfect for playing and even a "secret garden," an ideal spot for a summer BBQ, whilst taking in the fabulous sea views. There is much to see and do around the area with the famous surfing beach of Polzeath, with its wide sandy beach and many rock pools just a mile away. The sailing village of Rock, and the quaint fishing towns of Padstow and Port Isaac are within five miles. Wadebridge is close by, with its shops, cinema and sports hall. There are many fine golf courses nearby at Roserow, St Enedoc and St Kew, along with the famous Eden Project which is well worth a visit.
Hatteras has been decorated and furnished in such a way as to continue inside the natural, relaxing colours of the sea and countryside. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1master double with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower attachment over and WC, 1 further double and 2 singles. Large bathroom with shower attachment over and WC. Please be aware that the bathroom and 1 of the single bedrooms is accessed via a big step down. There is a large comfortable lounge which overlooks the large garden and the sea. It has a TV, DVD, woodburner and patio doors opening onto the garden. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large round dining table. Sun lounge with seating and table. Ample off-road parking.
