The middle floor has a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher leading to large lounge/diner with gas fire, 26'" LCD TV with Freeview, DVD and hi-fi, leather sofas and french doors giving uninterrupted sea views. The ground floor has a large utility room with freezer, washer/dryer, sink and good storage, hallway leading to coat cupboard and WC with sink and large double power shower. Enclosed south-facing garden with seating and BBQ. Secure parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, bathroom towels (not for beach use, please bring your own beach towels), electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Beach, restaurants, golf course, shops, cafes and pubs all within walking distance. Riding 1 mile and airport 20 minutes. Arrival time 3pm.
