Five luxury, two bedroom lodges, set in a recently developed woodland park, within a short drive to North Cornwall's popular sandy family and surfing beaches. There will be 35 lodges in all, which will be built to individual owner's specifications and the site is specifically designed with few facilities to take advantage of the peace and tranquillity on offer. There are many attractions to choose close by and these include The Eden Project, Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends, Clovelly with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood, Launceston Steam Railway and more. On site stroll the woodland with the remains of a unique ancient hill fort where various birds and wildlife can be seen. In the evenings relax on the decking area or visit one of many local family pubs all serving good food.
Own decking area and use of extensive communal grounds. Ample off-road parking adjacent to lodge. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Beach 5 miles, shop and pub within 2 miles.
The lodge is spacious, equipped to a very high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin. Bathroom and WC. Kitchen/diner with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. Lounge with electric flame-effect fire, TV, DVD and hi-fi.
