Only a few miles from the sandy beach of Widemouth Bay and avariety of amenities at Bude, which include the Bude Canal where you can hire boats or feed the ducks as well as a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and general entertainment. The pretty village of Stratton is close by, where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in one of the two pubs. Keen golfers can enjoy a round at a variety of courses, the nearest one being approx 3 miles away. The owner provides a few welcome treats including fresh flowers and a bottle of wine.
The accommodation has been tastefully furnished with everything co-ordinating and offers ONE double bedroom featuring a Victorian iron king-size double bed. The bedroom is accessed by an open-tread staircase and has an en-suite shower room with WC. Downstairs has wooden flooring throughout, newly fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and many useful extras.
