Set in over 130 acres of farm land and placed in a picturesque part of the countryside right on the Devon/Cornwall border. They are well positioned for touring the whole of the South West and exploring all that it has to offer, from beautiful countryside, miles of moorland and the spectacular North and South coastlines all within a short drive. Just 4 miles away is the old market town of Launceston, with its wealth of local attractions including an 11th century Norman Castle, Steam Railway and the Lawrence House Museum. Horse riding can be enjoyed just a couple of miles down the road at the local equestrian centre. Many other things to see and do locally including the Otter Park and a variety of golf courses and leisure activities. Venture further and visit Tintagel with its legendary King Arthur's Castle, or travel to see The Eden Project. Spend evenings relaxing in the delightful large shared garden around a BBQ, or stroll to the local country pub where good food can be enjoyed. Far-reaching breathtaking countryside views can be enjoyed from almost every room, which stretch all the way to Dartmoor, absolutely perfect for those who take pleasure in walking.
