Set in 400 acres of farmland, it is an ideal get-away, with access across parts of the farm. Bodmin, with its wealth of shops, restaurants and pubs is just a short drive from the farm. Bodmin Moor is the perfect escape for young and old alike with its variety of walks and bridle paths, not to mention breathtaking views and only a stone's throw from the farm. Family attractions are aplenty, with The Eden Project just 7 miles, Flambards Adventure Park, National Trust house Lanhydrock House 3 miles away to mention just a few. Why not follow The Camel Trail Bodmin to Padstow, bike hire available, or Cardinham Woods which is perfect for dog walking. If more substantial shopping is what you are after then Plymouth is just 30 minutes by car and is guaranteed to have something for even the most discerning of shopper.

The accommodation is well furnished and equipped with TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious double bedroom with the advantage of views across the sweeping valley and 1 twin bedroom with generous accommodation and benefiting from the same far-reaching views. The family bathroom is situated on the first floor and offers the perfect setting for a long soak whilst taking in the views and is equipped with WC and washbasin. The lounge is well equipped with ample seating to enjoy the woodburner on those winter evenings, TV, DVD and Sky Plus. If you are looking for a moment's peace then the snug is the ideal place to relax and unwind with comfortable seating. The spacious kitchen/diner is an ideal setting for socialising and cooking alike, and is equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave. A utility just off the kitchen has a chest freezer and washing machine. A downstairs shower room and WC. Adjoining the property is an ideal area for dogs to dry off and enjoy the warmth, and is also where the logs are kept for the woodburner. The large enclosed garden is the perfect area to enjoy the long summer evenings with a patio area with stunning views which is a perfect place to enjoy a BBQ. £50 security deposit is required which will be returned after cleaning, providing there are no breakages.
