Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. A delightful totally self-contained wing of the farmhouse with impressive exposed beams and refurbished to a good standard. Located within a tranquil hamlet yet only a short drive to the coastal resort of Bude with excellent sandy beaches, coastal paths, canal walk, golf courses and riding stables. The village of Stratton is a only a mile away with 2 good traditional local pubs. Games room: large, separate with table tennis, pool table, darts and skittle alley.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious with TV, Freeview and DVD. Dining area has a solid pine table and chairs. Kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: private patio leading onto a large lawn garden and further paths into the woodland. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included, central heating subject to a £20 per week surcharge payable direct to the owner on arrival applicable between October and the end of April. Regret no smoking, pets, babies or children. Location: pubs and village shop 1 mile, beach and shops 3 miles.
