The popular coastal town of Bude is just a 20 minute drive with a wide selection of sandy beaches, shops and restaurants. A superb choice of places to visit include Launceston Steam Railway, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, several stately homes and gardens or for the more energetic then cycle the Camel Trail which meanders along the estuary into the popular resort of Padstow. Walkers will enjoy the many trails and cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path. Alternatively just enjoy the stunning views whilst relaxing on the patio overlooking the duck pond and surrounding farmland.
