Situated at the end of a farm lane in quiet rural surroundings, these delightful detached properties are set in a secluded valley and offer relaxation for those looking to recharge their batteries. Ideally situated between the coasts with a choice of beautiful sandy beaches, quaint fishing villages and many places to visit including National Trust properties, Heritage coast path, Camel and Bugle to Eden Project cycle trails. The local towns of Wadebridge and Padstow offer shops and restaurants to explore and enjoy.

Leisure facilities: enjoy woodland walks, fly a kite or try your hand at netting fish in the stream. Children can also enjoy a pony ride. Farm activities: explore the 30 acre family farm with its many animals and wildlife, help to collect eggs and handle chicks or feed orphan lambs during the lambing season. Play facilities: enclosed paddock with swings and slide. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric, electric heating and logs included. Towels for hire. The accommodation retains many of the original features throughout, with low level ceilings and original wooden beams, well furnished and equipped offering THREE bedrooms: 1 double with views across the valley and 1 twin on the first floor. 1 double bedroom on the ground floor just off the lounge area with a couple of steps for access. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the ground floor situated just off the kitchen. Lounge/diner: benefitting from a woodburner set in the original fireplace, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen: in keeping with this period cottage with solid cupboards, large Belfast sink, electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
