The north coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages such as Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac and many family attractions within driving distance including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Park or locally, why not explore Tamar Lakes with a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks. Play facilities: wooden playhouse and trampoline. Farm activities: guests are welcome, with the owner's supervision, to meet, interact and feed the animals ranging from the chickens, cows and lambs. Kitchen/diner: granite worktops, integrated appliances, double oven and hob, including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oil fired Aga and island unit with pull-out larder racks and integrated speakers for stereo system. Dining area with ample seating for 6. Lounge area: TV/DVD and french doors to garden. Conservatory: wonderful room taking full advantage of the views with seating for 10 and Gothic style windows. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink and plenty of room for boots, wetsuits etc. Outside: a patio area with garden furniture and gas BBQ. A large enclosed expanse of level lawn with children’s play equipment. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric, central heating, underfloor central heating on the ground floor and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
