Situated in a delightful part of North Cornwall, North Penlean Farm offers 2 cottages that are the ideal base for a family holiday. Enjoying panoramic views over fields to the nearby coastline. You will be perfectly positioned for touring Cornwall and North Devon and visiting the many safe, sandy family beaches including Widemouth Bay (ideal for surfing), which is less than 3 miles by car. You will also be close to the many attractions which include Dairyland Farm World. The area is famed for its walks, many of which offer scenery of outstanding natural beauty.
Both properties are former barns and have been converted and refurbished to a high standard, yet still retaining much of their charm with many of the original features such as open beams being retained where possible. Each property has a separate picnic table and BBQ and use of a shared play area and garden. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen included. Electric by £1 meter. Night storage heating included April til October (surcharge at other times of £5 per heater, 4 heaters in Honeypot and 5 heaters in the Oak). Laundry facilities and pets by arrangement (regret no pets in July or August). Beach 3 miles, shop and pub 2 miles.
This upside-down barn conversion has TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin downstairs. Lounge/kitchen/diner with views and TV, DVD, fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and woodburner (first basket of logs included October - April). Bathroom with shower over and WC.
