Palm Villa is set along the wonderful Cornish coastline, just outside the seaside town of Bude. A short walk will bring you to the spectacular long golden sandy beach of Widemouth Bay. The beach is popular with families, young and old alike. It is particularly ideal for young children with its many rock pools just waiting to be explored. There are facilities for safe bathing, water sports, surfing and exploring the Cornish Coastal Path. A few minutes away from the beach is a café, village post office, general stores and the village Inn, where you can sample your favourite beverage or some good food. Further beaches, shops, supermarkets, swimming pool, ten-pin bowling, golf course and night life all within a short drive. An ideal base for exploring all of Cornwall's many attractions.
The immaculate accommodation is spacious, set out on one level and offers full central heating, three bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. A travel cot and high-chair is available on request. Family bathroom with bath and power shower over, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/diner with leather sofas, TV, Freeview, video, DVD, internet link (wireless connection), open fire and dining table. Kitchen with electric double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and breakfast bar. The front garden has bench seating and a water feature and at the rear there is a private, south-facing patio area with wooden picnic furniture sun loungers and a large BBQ. Games room with a selection of outdoor and indoor games (available for 2009) Off-road parking for 1 car, further parking adjacent to the property. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. First basket of logs included on request during winter months. Regret no pets and no smoking within the property. Open throughout the year.
