From the barn you can enjoy walks on the owner's land through varied scenery and down to the river, or take a stroll on the farm lane in either direction to one of the village pubs. The popular seaside town of Newquay is just 3 miles away and offers a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and excellent surfing. The north coast hosts an abundance of sandy beaches to explore in either direction.
The accommodation is set on one floor with beautiful real oak flooring throughout. There are TWO bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 adults: 1 double with TV and DVD and 1 twin bedroom (with extra pull-out single). Travel cot also available on request. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Fully-fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a small pine breakfast table. Lounge/diner with large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 large leather reclining sofas, Sky TV, DVD, hi-fi and french doors that open onto a raised, decked area with steps and a slope leading onto a large fully-enclosed lawned garden. BBQ and garden furniture also supplied. Ample parking at the barn. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Towels can be supplied by arrangement. Dogs by arrangement but they must never be left on their own in the property. Village shop and pubs within walking distance, beaches 3 miles. |
