Furnished to a high standard the lodge gives a feel of warmth and comfort and nestled in a quiet corner of the park offers a tranquil setting where you can hear the trickle of the River Inny that runs along at the bottom of the garden. There is a shared outdoor tennis court which is free to use during your stay. Only a few miles away is the breathtaking North Cornish coast with many small traditional fishing villages and picturesque coves to choose from, or more inland, explore the ruggedness of Bodmin Moor. With its short distance to the A39, it is perfectly placed for touring Cornwall and Devon and visiting the many attractions on offer such as Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo or Sea Life Centre and The Eden Project. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double and 1 twin bedroom upstairs, 1 further twin bedroom downstairs. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC upstairs and a large fully tiled wetroom downstairs. Lounge/kitchen/diner: light, open-plan living area offers a comfortable lounge with flatscreen TV/DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and woodburner effect gas fire. The fully equipped kitchen has integral electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: patio doors open out from the lounge and access the garden with patio and BBQ. The garden is bound by a small picket fence and backs onto the picturesque River Inny.
