VIEWS OVER CRACKINGTON HAVEN
This converted annex occupies a quiet spot, situated in the village of Crackington Haven in beautiful North Cornwall. It is just 50 yards from the village shop and post office and 1 mile away from the picturesque beach, which offers a local pub with a warm and friendly atmosphere and good food. There are many attractive walks around the area, which can be accessed from the coastal footpath which will lead you over the magnificent cliffs on either side of the beach. The seaside town of Bude is approximately 8 miles away and offers further good surfing beaches and an abundance of shops and pubs.
The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom with an additional small sofa bed. The bedroom has been fitted into the roof space, so be aware that the ceilings slope down and are low on both sides. Downstairs offers an open plan living area, which looks out to the wonderful view. Lounge with electric fire, TV, Freeview, DVD and fold out dining table. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Outside offers a private enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ.
