The north coast offers some of the finest sandy surfing beaches in the West Country and there are other attractions worth a visit including The Eden Project, Newquay Sealife Aquarium, Bodmin Moor, Tate Gallery at St Ives and more. This character cottage retains much original charm with low ceilings, exposed beams, original slate and wooden floors and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV/DVD and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC please be aware, due to the sloping ceiling, there is restricted headroom in the shower. Lounge: with TV, DVD and open fire (first basket of logs free). Kitchen/diner: feature room with range cooker which has a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, TV and microwave. Washing machine in adjoining outside shed. Outside: large enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating an extra £20 per week from October - March payable to owner upon arrival. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach 4 miles, shop and services 1 mile, pub 10 minutes walk. Arrival: 3.30pm.
