Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. BREATHTAKING SEA VIEWS, WALKING DISTANCE TO COASTAL PATH This converted wing of the main house has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and enjoys fabulous sea and countryside views from most rooms. A perfect spot for walkers, the popular coastal path is approximately a mile walk from the property and takes you into the local town of Bude with its shops, pubs, restaurants, Splashpool and canal, or into North Devon in the other direction. There are a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include Boscastle Harbour, Tintagel Castle, Clovelly and within easy reach is The Eden Project. Also wonderful beaches including Summerleaze, Crocklets, Widemouth and Sandymouth all within 2 miles and visible from the property. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving good food. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with sea views. Shower room: and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: well-equipped with flatscreen TV, DVD, Freeview, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Conservatory with seating and magnificent views.
