Short Breaks


Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. SPACIOUS BARN CONVERSION ON 200 ACRE FARM

Situated in the heart of a working family beef and sheep farm, this detached barn conversion has been converted to a very high standard to provide a spacious holiday home, with a lovely rural valley view. A short drive to the lovely long sandy beaches and sheltered coves of North Cornwall. You will be ideally placed for touring the area, which offers many attractions and activities for all ages, which includes Bude canal, splashpool, The Milky Way, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project and King Arthur's castle and Tamar lakes. Many scenic cycle routes and National Trust houses and gardens to explore. Spectacular coastal walks, also Exmoor, Bodmin moor and Dartmoor, including the famous Dartmoor prison. A choice of golf courses within a 10 mile radius. Explore the farm and enjoy some lovely walks or relax garden with seating and BBQ. There are some popular pubs within a short distance many of which serve good food.

The downstairs of the accommodation is all on one level offering easy access to front door and garden. Retaining much original charm and character including exposed beams offering TWO bedrooms: upstairs, 1 double. Downstairs 1 twin room with en-suite wet room shower and WC. Bathroom: with bath and handheld shower attachment, separate shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large and well-equipped with TV, DVD, Freeview, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar and dining table. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed private garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Internet access available at village shop. Regret no smoking and no pets (but kennels are just 0.5 miles away). Additional info: Welcome pack on arrival.
