The farmhouse and lovely barn conversions nestle into the countryside on the edge of beautiful Bodmin Moor and only 5 miles from the breathtaking Cornish coast. Enjoy the varied coastline which offers breathtaking cliff top walks, sheltered coves to explore, long sandy surfing beaches and traditional fishing villages like Port Isaac and Port Gaverne. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include Newquay Sea Life centre, King Arthur's Castle and Merlin's Cave at Tintagel, the Eden Project, Boscastle and cosmopolitan Padstow and Rock. Bodmin Moor is just 0.75 mile away with Brown Willy and Roughtor being a great attraction for walkers and riders alike. The local Camel Trail is close by and you can hire bikes from Wadebridge. Or pamper yourself in the Spa, why not book a pure spa treatment with our visiting Therapist - feel invigorated with exclusive treatments, unwind with a professional massage or take advantage of her special occasion make-up. Both properties have stunning views with spacious and well-equipped accommodation. The cottages offer a relaxing atmosphere with exposed beams and interesting upside-down arrangements. Each cottage has their own spring water supply, which is regularly tested and is excellent to drink. There are a selection of books and games, stabling for horses and a barn for storage of bikes and boats. 1 dog by arrangement to stay in the owner's indoor heated kennel with outdoor run which can be seen from the property, dogs not permitted inside the accommodation at any time. Regret no smoking. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen and towels included. Pub and shop 2 miles, nearest beach 5 miles, excellent surfing beaches at Trebarwith and Polzeath. Facilities for washing down and drying wet suits are provided. Arrival 4pm.
This up-side down style accommodation is presented to a high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room with WC. Upstairs offers a superb open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with coal burner, cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, Freeview and DVD. Large gardens with patio area and BBQ, pretty walks on and off the farm. Electric and heating are included, however is an extra £20 supplement throughout the months of October until May, payable to owner.
