Short Breaks


Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

VIEWS OVER THE GOLF COURSE, WALKING DISTANCE TO THE SANDY BEACH

Located in one of Bude’s most sought after locations is this semi-detached property boasting fabulous views over the popular Bude golf course and down towards Crooklets beach. The charming coastal town boasts many attractions including 3 sandy beaches, a sea-filled swimming pool, miles of idyllic coastal paths, boating canal, wide selection of interesting shops and a variety of pubs and fine restaurants. The immediate area is famed for its breathtaking scenery with many further beaches and sheltered coves. There are also many local attractions to suit all tastes and ages including The Milky Way Adventure Park, Launceston Steam Railway, Otter Park, Tamar Lakes, Crealy Adventure Park, or venture further afield and visit the world famous Eden Project or Lands End.

The spacious accommodation is arranged on 3 floors and offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 master double with balcony enjoying views over the golf course and out to sea, 3 twins and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathrooms: top floor bathroom, first floor wet room and downstairs wet room with WC. Lounge: large with views out over the golf course and offers ample seating, TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and gas fire. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and just off is the breakfast room with gas fire. Conservatory: small with large fridge/freezer. Outside: enclosed mature suntrap back garden with patio area, furniture and BBQ. The modest front garden offers additional seating to watch the sun set over the golf course. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Location: beach, shop, restaurants and pubs all within a short walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
