Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: all accessed via a staircase that sweeps up to a galleried landing, 2 double bedrooms each with a mezzanine platform single bed accessed by a ships style ladder (considered not suitable for children under 8) and a family room with a 5' double and single bed. Bathroom: spacious with roll-top bath and WC. Separate shower room with WC downstairs. Lounge/kitchen/diner: original features have been cleverly incorporated, lounge area with double doors, woodburner sitting on a locally mined slate hearth, TV/DVD and a collection of DVDs and games. Kitchen: boasts worktops crafted from the chapel pews, a deep Belfast sink, well-equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, large electric range cooker and a farmhouse table seating 10. Outside: steps up to a decked area with seating and separate BBQ area. Amenities: ample parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included (winter surcharge October - end March £30 per week). Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: storage area under decking. Location: pub serving food, small Post Office/shop in village, beach 4.2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
