Surrounded by the moorland of one of England's great wilderness areas, this is a haven for walkers and cyclists alike. There is direct access from the cottage onto the moors for superb walks, on the National Cycle Network and close to the Camel Cycle Trail for cycling. For the keen horse rider, there are stables and riding lessons available only a short distance away. Alternatively, if you just fancy the slower pace of life, relax with a good book next to the snug fiery woodburner or in the garden listening to the river running by.
