Situated in the peaceful hamlet of Tregullon, sits 4 new timber lodges in an area of just under an acre. Located virtually in the centre of Cornwall this provides the perfect base of your exploration of this beautiful county. Whether you wish to visit the breathtaking, rugged North coast, famous for its surfing beaches, or the gentler South coast, with its lovely fishing villages, walk, the moors, cycle the Camel Trail or just relax and unwind, this is the location for you. The Eden Project is 10 miles away and the fantastic National Trust Lanhydock House, gardens and golf course is just 2 miles away, where day and weekly tickets can be arranged.
Each lodge has a large veranda, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or an afternoon snooze, along with its own private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ. Built of dense, slow grown Baltic pine, fully insulated, with double glazed windows and doors and electric wall heaters to ensure a cosy and comfortable stay no matter what the season. Maple, Cherry and Cedar have a lockable store on the veranda, suitable for bikes, surfboards etc. All of the lodges are light and airy, furnished to a very high standard and are all slightly different in design; they all have spacious open-plan living areas with a TV, freeview, DVD and hi-fi, together with a collection of DVDs, books and games. The kitchens all have an electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
Ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and heating is included. Regret no pets and no smoking in the lodges. Many good pubs, take-aways and places to eat locally in Lanivet, Bodmin and Lostwithiel. Nearest beach 8 miles, pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival time 3.30pm.
Cherry has an L-shaped veranda and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC and a large twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can be used as twins or zipped together to make a double. Family bathroom with shower over and WC. Spacious open-plan living area.
