The peaceful hamlet of Tregullon is located virtually in the centre of Cornwall and provides the perfect base for your exploration of this beautiful county. Whether you wish to visit the breathtaking, rugged North coast, famous for its surfing beaches, or the gentler South coast, with its lovely fishing villages, walk, the moors, cycle the Camel Trail or just relax and unwind, this is the location for you. The Eden Project is 10 miles away and the fantastic National Trust Lanhydrock House, gardens and golf course is just 2 miles away.
All properties have ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and heating are included. Sunnywell and Honeysuckle are centrally heated. All properties have a selection of DVDs, books and games. Regret no pets in any properties and no smoking in the lodges. Many good pubs, take-aways and places to eat locally. Nearest beach 8 miles, pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival time 3.30pm.
In an area of beautiful lawn and garden of just under one acre sit 4 new timber lodges. Each lodge has a large veranda, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or an afternoon snooze, and a patio with garden furniture and a built in BBQ. Build of slow grown, Baltic pine, fully insulated, with double glazed windows and doors and electric wall heaters to ensure a cosy and comfortable stay all year around. Maple, Cherry and Cedar have a lockable store on the veranda suitable for bikes, surfboards, golf clubs ect. All of the lodges are light and airy and furnished to a high standard and are slightly different in design. They all have spacious open-plan living areas with a TV, Freeview, DVD and Hi-Fi together with a selection of books, DVD's and games. The kitchens all have an electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and lots of useful extras. Entrance gate can be shut when young children are playing outside.
Maple has an L shape veranda and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 single and 1 bedroom with 2'6 bunks. Family bathroom with shower over and WC. Spacious open-plan living area affording great views.
