Guests have free access to the 6 great realms of endless, magical adventures including rides, animals and acres of indoor and outdoor play*. Fishing available after 6pm. Relax in the enclosed spacious garden with hot tub or enjoy a BBQ on the large private patio. Venture further afield to neighbouring Padstow or Newquay and enjoy the county's finest restaurants including Rick Stein's restaurants and Cookery School, Fifteen Cornwall and Fistral Blue, along with the best nightlife, shops and family fun. During the day visit Cornwall's famous coastline, with sheltered coves, rugged cliffs, traditional fishing village harbours and endless sandy beaches, with world-famous Fistral Beach only 7 miles away. There are twenty golf courses, The Eden Project, Newquay Sealife Centre, Land's End, The Tate Gallery at St Ives and numerous National Trust properties and gardens all within a short drive. The accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 king-size master double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, TV and en-suite with WC, second large double and 2 further twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes. On the ground floor there are 2 further bedrooms: 1 twin room and 1 double with a feature fireplace and TV. The property has 2 family bathrooms arranged on the first floor and the ground floor, both with showers over and WC. The fabulous modern kitchen is large and well-equipped with a large cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in rear porch. Opposite the kitchen is the dining room in an open-plan arrangement which has a large wooden dining table that comfortably sits 12, a granite fireplace and a woodburner. Comfortable lounge with sofas, TV, DVD , with libraries of DVDs, games and books. Enclosed garden, patio and BBQ. Hot tub heated to 37c. Ample off-road parking.
