This lovely semi-detached cottage is situated in one of Cornwall's most popular areas and is less than 5 minutes to Rock, which offers excellent sailing and a ferry ride to Padstow with Rick Stein's restaurant. Enjoy coastal walks from the cottage. You will also be a short drive to a host of popular beaches as well as being less than 2 miles from three beaches, one for sailing, another for families and also the world famous surfing beach of Polzeath. In the evenings stroll to the local family pub serving good food.
The accommodation has been tastefully furnished with original features such as slate floors and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double (with countryside views) and 1 twin. Tiled bathroom with shower over and WC. Lounge with TV, DVD and electric fire. Kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and wooden dining table. Laundry facilities by arrangement. Nice garden area with seating and BBQ. Off-road parking.
