John and Alison Werren welcome guests to these luxury barn conversions full of rustic charm in a beautiful river valley setting. The spacious and well equipped accommodation offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of country walks beside the river and through the fields. As well as meeting the farm animals, the farm is currently undergoing organic conversion, there is lots of wildlife to see including kingfishers, sandmartins, buzzards and herons, maybe an otter or skylark. There are webcams set up to capture the wildlife around the farm which can be viewed on the TV in your cottage, you may be lucky enough to watch Swallows eggs hatching in the nest or bats leaving an old barn. Visitors can try their hand at clay pigeon shooting or fishing (both fly and coarse) on the beautiful River Ottery, or on the smaller Boles Bridge stream, which meander though the farm. Close at hand is the safely enclosed heated outdoor swimming pool (May - September), giant sandpit, games room, and orchard playing field. Visitors can experience Classic British Motorcycles when guided by John through the delightful North Cornwall scenery. Bikes include BSA, Norton, Triumph (bring own insurance, licence and protective clothing please). A wonderful centre for visiting Cornwall and Devon. Many all year round attractions are within easy travelling distance, including The Eden Project, Plymouth Aquarium, Morwellham Quay, and King Arthur's Castle at Tintagel.

The ground floor is open plan and features a huge antique farmhouse dining table, and lounge area with gas-fired woodburner, widescreen LCD TV with Freeview, video on request and DVD. The kitchen area includes a gas hob and Rayburn, microwave, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. From the lounge area, french doors open on to a sunny and private walled patio area with seating and BBQ.
