With many beaches and attractions including Lands End, Flambards, The National Maritime Museum, The Eden Project and the numerous National Trust properties and gardens all being close by. Truro offers shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema, theatre and sports facilities.

The accommodation is well-equipped and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom and WC, 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC and 1 single with en-suite shower and WC. Separate WC. Lounge: with TV, Freeview, DVD and video. Spacious, comfortably furnished conservatory. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Tumble dryer in adjacent former garage with ample space for bikes/surfboards etc. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating extra £36 per week from 1 October - 1 May payable upon arrival. Solar-panel water heating. BBQ. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: Local bus service available at the end of lane. Location: beach 7 miles and shop 2 miles.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
