Situated in a peaceful and private position down a long private lane, this large and spacious conversion nestles in large lawn gardens and features a fully restored water wheel operated by request, to be enjoyed from the conservatory or gardens.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday with some lovely walks directly from the property, you will also be ideally placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with a wealth of popular sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages to explore. The area also has something to suit all tastes including Lands End, The Eden Project, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown with its Tall Ships and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving good food or relax in the large enclosed gardens surrounded by woodland with a variety of wildlife including badgers and deer which can be seen regularly. The village of St Dennis is close by and offers a small selection of amenities. St Austell is a 10 minute drive for a range of supermarkets and high street shops. Kingsley Village is close by and offers a variety of shops. The accommodation retains much of its original charm and character and is arranged as an upside down property.
