Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

TUCKED AWAY IN A TRANQUIL VILLAGE LOCATION

Located in the village of Metherell that lies within the picturesque Tamar Valley. Conveniently located just a short walk from the two local pubs, both of which offer a warm welcome and an extensive menu which is ideal for those who fancy a night off cooking. From your doorstep there are a whole host of walks that lead you through the delightful Tamar Valley which has achieved World Heritage status and across to the rugged and awe inspiring Dartmoor National Park. Cotehele National Trust property is within 1 mile and is a must for all when visiting the area. The beautiful historic town of Tavistock, renowned for its pannier market, offers a wealth of restaurants, pubs, shops as well as cinema and swimming pool complex, offering something for everyone. Being in a central location on the Cornwall and Devon border, this makes an ideal base for touring both the North and South coasts and beyond.

This spacious attractive attached barn is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: master double with wall mounted TV, Freeview and en-suite with WC. Lounge/kitchen: open-plan, well-equipped with flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview, ample seating around the woodburner, breakfast bar, double oven with hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and separate freezer. Outside: patio with garden furniture and BBQ to the side of the property, access to a large exercise area for pets. Amenities: off-road parking outside the cottage. Bed linen, electric and central heating included during summer months (October - April an extra £15 per week fuel charge payable to the owner on arrival). Wi-fi available. 1 dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach 15 miles, pub and shop within walking distance. Waitrose deliver to this address.
