Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. A PRETTY DETACHED COTTAGE WITH COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS
Set within its own private lawns, this detached barn has been converted into a comfortable and cosy cottage, with a spacious and practical living area and plenty of outside space to absorb the countryside views. Lanivet is often referred to as the centre of Cornwall with easy access to both coasts and all of the county's beauty spots. From the cottage you can visit the local village pubs at Lanivet (2 miles), Luxulyan (3 miles) and Lanlivery (4 miles). The Eden Project is 5 miles away and the spectacular National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens are only 3 miles away. For the sporting enthusiast, there is also a magnificent 18 hole golf course at Lanhydrock, and there are excellent equestrian facilities at Barguse Riding Centre which is only 1.5 miles away. The area is popular for walkers with a nature reserve nearby and Helman Tor where you can enjoy coast to coast views. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room with WC and heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with leather sofa, flatscreen TV with DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. Kitchen area with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: private enclosed patio and lawn with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking.
