Lanivet is often referred to as the centre of Cornwall with easy access to both coasts and all of the county's beauty spots. From the cottage you can visit the local village pubs at Lanivet (2 miles), Luxulyan (3 miles) and Lanlivery (4 miles). The Eden Project is 5 miles away and the spectacular National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens are only 3 miles away. For the sporting enthusiast, there is also a magnificent 18 hole golf course at Lanhydrock, and there are excellent equestrian facilities at Barguse Riding Centre which is only 1.5 miles away. The area is popular for walkers with a nature reserve nearby and Helman Tor where you can enjoy coast to coast views.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A leather sofa and flat screen TV with DVD, Freeview and hi-fi.
