This delightful terrace cottage nestles in the heart of the bustling village of Millbrook. Just over the border into Cornwall, the popular sandy beach at Cawsand is just over a mile away, an area perfect for those requiring lovely coastal and countryside walks.
Stroll to Mount Edgecumbe Country House two miles away for a Cornish cream tea. There is much to see and do in the area with a choice of attractions within a short drive, including The Eden Project, Dartmoor, Dobwalls Theme Park, numerous National Trust properties, Looe and Polperro. The Torpoint Ferry takes you into the heart of Plymouth and is famed for its Hoe, Barbican and Marine Aquarium. In the evenings, enjoy a meal in the excellent family pub a minute’s walk away.
The accommodation has been refurnished and equipped to a high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 large double on the first floor. 1 further twin on the second floor approached via cottage style stairs. Shower room: on the ground floor with WC. Lounge/diner: feature room with woodburner, TV and DVD. Kitchen: equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility area: with washer/dryer. Outside: very small courtyard area. Amenities: roadside parking, often right outside. Bed linen, electric, night storage and electric heating included. Regret no pets.
