Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. In a truly spectacular position overlooking the famous fishing village of Mevagissey, this spacious semi-detached house has breathtaking views extending to the sea and beyond. Stroll into the village and enjoy the many shops, pubs and restaurants, or venture further afield and explore the many attractions Cornwall has to offer which include The Eden Project, Lands End, Charlestown with its Tall Ships and The Lost Gardens of Heligan to name but a few. In the evenings relax in the rear patio area and garden enjoying the views from the front garden.
The accommodation is equipped to a high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with balcony (lockable doors but take care with children) and 1 twin both with glorious views over Mevagissey. Bathroom: with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with flatscreen TV (free Sky channels), DVD and hi-fi. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: galley style with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: rear patio area and garden with seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets, smoking or children under 5. Location: beach 1 mile, shops and pubs all walking distance. Arrival: 4.30pm.
