Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

This recently renovated first floor apartment, conveniently located just off the A390, sits within the village of St Blazey within easy stroll to the villages’ shops, pubs and restaurants. Located just a short drive from the coast, littered with sheltered sandy coves and picturesque seaside and harbour villages. Situated just a couple of miles from the famous Eden Project that has been classed by many as the ‘Eighth wonder of the world’ and that perfectly combines education with fun as it blends flora from across the four corners of the globe. The walkers’ paradise of the Luxulyan Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and abundant wildlife from otters to deer, is within a few minutes drive. Other attractions within easy reach include the National Trust property of Lanhydrock, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, famed as the birth place of Eden, The Shipwreck Museum at Charlestown with its stunning Tall Ships that reside in the harbour, and have been used by many a film, including the blockbuster hit The Three Musketeers. Regret no washing machine, however washing facilities are available on request with the owner.
