The beach of Par is only 2 minutes by car, which leads to several other sandy beaches and secluded coves. The famous Eden Project is also just 2 minutes away, as well as many other local attractions, including the riverside towns of Lostwithiel and Fowey, and the beautiful harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey nearby.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Cosy lounge with TV, DVD and wood burner. Small kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with bow bath, shower over and WC. Conservatory with dining area. Large outside garden with furniture and BBQ. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels and electric heating included. Regret no pets and no young children under 8 due to steep garden. Beach 2 miles, pub and shop 1 mile. |
