Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. SET WITHIN 250 ACRES OF FARMLAND WITH CATTLE This detached cottage is situated in one of Cornwall's most popular areas and is less than 3 miles to the world famous Eden Project. Explore the area with a wealth of popular attractions which include fantastic walks at Helman Tor and the Luxulyan Valley and Viaduct, Lanhydrock House and Gardens, The Tall Ships at Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Camel Valley cycle trail and more. There is also a unique opportunity to stable your horses and explore the beautiful countryside on horseback. However, if you prefer the sport of golf, there are Lostwithiel, Carlyon Bay and Lanhydrock courses all within 5 miles. There are also numerous sandy beaches and sheltered coves within a short drive. In the evenings visit one of the local pubs serving good food. The cottage is warm and cosy and is set in the peace and quiet of the countryside, ideal for winter breaks. Stabling: horses welcome. Stables available at extra cost payable to the owner.
The accommodation retains many original features such as exposed beams and stonework and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 four-poster double downstairs and 1 galleried twin upstairs. Bathroom: with power shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with log effect electric fire, TV, Sky freeview, DVD and video. Leads to conservatory with seating. Kitchen/diner: lovely large room with range cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: private enclosed garden with BBQ. Amenities: ample parking directly outside.
