The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms set over three floors: 1 Master double enjoying harbour views with en-suite bath with shower over and WC situated on the ground floor. The twin bedroom is found on the top floor and benefits from views both over the harbour and on to the garden. The lounge is set on the second floor and makes the most of the views over the harbour with ample comfy seating family sized TV, DVD, Freeview and gas fire with the dining room adjoining. Due to the property being set into the hillside the property has 5 different levels with the kitchen and shower room being between floors. The well equipped kitchen benefits from a sky light which pours natural light in, with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, worktop fridge with ice compartment and larder area. The modest garden is reached in between the second and third floors and offers both a small patio and garden area. There is a permit for one car on the harbour side a short walk from the property. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. Beach 3 miles and shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. |
